These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and OnGLP ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the OnGLP website, services, and platform (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you through our website or by email. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

OnGLP operates as an informational platform and telemedicine marketplace connecting individuals seeking GLP-1 weight loss treatments (including medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and similar drugs) with licensed healthcare providers. Our Services include providing educational content about GLP-1 medications, offering an AI-powered health guide named Glo, facilitating eligibility assessments, and connecting users with third-party healthcare providers.

It is critical to understand that OnGLP is not a healthcare provider, does not practice medicine, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not prescribe medications, perform medical consultations, or establish doctor-patient relationships. All medical services are provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers who are solely responsible for their services and compliance with applicable laws.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs intended for adult use, and our Services are designed exclusively for adults.

Third-Party Healthcare Providers

OnGLP connects you with independent, third-party healthcare providers who offer telemedicine services. These providers are not employees, agents, or representatives of OnGLP. Each provider is an independent licensed professional responsible for their own medical services, professional conduct, and compliance with applicable laws.

When you engage with a provider through our platform, you are entering into a separate agreement with that provider. OnGLP does not control, supervise, or direct the medical services provided by these independent providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by any healthcare provider, and we are not responsible for any acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of any provider.

No Medical Advice

The information provided through OnGLP, including content on our website and responses from Glo, is for general informational and educational purposes only. This information is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Glo, our AI health assistant, uses artificial intelligence to provide general information about GLP-1 medications and related topics. While Glo is designed to be helpful, it is not a licensed healthcare provider and cannot provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend specific treatments.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the OnGLP Services are owned by OnGLP or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONGLP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ONGLP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONGLP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ONGLP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnGLP from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another party, or your User Content.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

If you have a dispute with OnGLP, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and OnGLP agree that any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

YOU AND ONGLP AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
